Imposition Publisher is a unique application. It is continually updated to keep its users at the forefront of technology. Instead of constantly updating the Imposition Publisher program, we use application-specific drivers. These are intelligent, single files that can be easily updated and added to an existing installation to support new applications, upgrades or updated PostScript printer drivers. This enables us to handle the latest versions of over 100 common applications.

Our web site is structured so that you can get the updated drivers you need with a few clicks of your mouse. To make sure you have the latest drivers there are only two folders you need to check.

All Drivers - At the beginning of every month all of the drivers are placed here in a single file.

Single Drivers - As we develop and change the drivers we upload them individually here.

If you are having a problem with PostScript files from a particular application, check in the appropriate folder inside Single Drivers to see if the driver has been recently updated. If it is newer than your local copy, then download the newer driver. If your web browser or ftp program does not automatically extract and decompress the driver, you can use Stuffit Expander on the Macintosh and WinZip on the PC to extract the Imposition Publisher driver (.drv) files.

To install the new driver, quit Imposition Publisher and copy the driver file into the Drivers folder. Now you can test the new driver with your problem files.
