for Immediate Release
Imposition Publisher Hot Folder Workflow Announced
London, England. - 16th June 2002 - An enhanced version of Imposition
Publisher will be shown by Farrukh Systems at NEXPO 2002 later this
month.
The ability to run imposition jobs unattended, based around specified
input and output folders, adds to the already powerful features of
Imposition Publisher. Repetitive imposition jobs can be defined and
managed via hot folders to completely eliminate operator intervention.
The use of hot folders also makes this feature easy to integrate into
other workflow environments. For example, the input folder can be linked
in with the output from a Preflighting software package. Similarly the
output folder can be defined as the input folder for an OPI Server or RIP
input folder.
This functionality will shortly be available across the range of
Imposition Publisher products - Macintosh and Windows standalone programs
and the server versions, running on common Windows and Unix operating
systems. Come and see this in action at the Orange County Convention
Center in Orlando, FL.
For further information call +44 (0)20 8207 4249 and ask for Stuart
Dallen or Farrukh Khan.
