Imposition Publisher 4.5 Windows
Farrukh Systems are pleased to announce the Beta release of Imposition Publisher v4.5 for Windows.
This represents a major update of the Windows version of Imposition Publisher. It brings it into line with all the functionality enjoyed by Macintosh users. You can even use Mac and Windows clients interchangeably with our imposition server, the server running on Windows or the most common flavours of Unix.

- Enhanced Print Marks
- Multiple impositions and file lists open at one time
- Step and Repeat print jobs
- Client Server - Acts as client to the v4.5 server. Can have both Macintosh and Windows clients on the same server sharing impositions, device settings and mark sets.
- Enhanced File List - Drag and drop files and pages
- Recently used items in File menu
Remember that this is Beta software. Not all parts of the software have been fully optimised. But the core engine is the same as the proven Macintosh and server versions, so there should not be any issues with using it in production. But be careful and remember that there may be unexpected bugs that affect the stability of your workflow.

If you are an existing Imposition Publisher Windows customer and are within your warranty period or have a current Maintenance Contract with us, you are entitled to install and run this version.
If you are not in maintenance, but want to run this version, email us at sales@farrukh.co.uk or contact your local dealer for upgrade information.

The Imposition Publisher Beta releases are available by clicking on the links below. They are also available from the Download Updates link on our web site.
Only the English language version of the Windows standalone program is currently available. German, French, Spanish and Italian language versions will follow soon. If the links below are not yet active, the files will be available in the next few days.

If you are new to Imposition Publisher, you can still download and test this version. Without a dongle (hardware key) it will run as a Demo version. There are a number of restrictions in the Demo version, such as not being able to save filelists, impositions and flatwork templates. A watermark is also placed on every sheet. But you can test the full functionality and work with your own files to see if Imposition Publisher meets your requirements.
